Recertified by the German Franchise Association
We are happy to announce that the German Franchise association recertified us as a certified franchise system.
Subjects of the certification were amongst others:
- evaluation of the franchise contract and handbook
- concept
- management
- evaluation of the franchise partner’s satisfaction
The last point was ascertained through an anonymous survey. At this point a big “thank you“ to all participating partners in Germany for their assessment!
