The DFV quality seal affirms certified quality
Mortimer Franchise GmbH is a member of the German Franchising Association -Deutscher Franchise-Verband e.V. We were accepted as an associate member in 2009 and have been holders of the DFV quality seal as full members since 2010.
An extremely comprehensive DFV system check is just one of the aspects which must be completed in order to become a full member of the DFV. The system check is monitored and evaluated by the International Centre for Franchising and Cooperation (F&C) – a neutral assessment organisation based in Münster. This guarantees the objectivity and independence of the system check.

A system check takes place every three years – this ensures the lasting quality of the seal.
The DFV system check involves the examination of our franchise agreement, the franchise handbooks, our system concept, our products and services as well as our strategy and management. Franchisees are also interviewed as part of the system check.
Here we are presented with the 2013 Gold Award for extremely high partner satisfaction.
